WJT Lock Systems by Wilhelm Julius Teufel GmbH create a safe and reliable connection between the liner and the prosthetic socket. They are especially easy to use, both for the amputee and for the orthopedic technician during the installation of the system.

WJT Lock Systems have especially practical features:

  • Uniform pin, suitable for WJT 1 – 5
  • Lock bodies are high quality and robust with additional stainless steel bushing
  • Replaceable locking mechanism that can also be activated under load
  • The Lock Systems WJT 1-5 are also available in a waterproof version

Lock System WJT 1

The Lock System WJT 1 is a lock system with a very compact design. Its low construction height of 37 mm and its light weight of 126 g make it also suitable for long residual limbs, i.e. when there is only little available space. The lock can be used very variably, as the locking unit can easily be replaced without having to make any further changes to the prosthesis.

The WJT 1 Lock is also available in a waterproof version.

Lock System WJT 2

The Lock System WJT 2 is an especially flat lock for modular construction. Its system height is only 30 mm. The WJT 2 Lock is also available in a waterproof version and can be used for thermoformed or laminated sockets.

The Lock System WJT 8 is a classic shuttle lock with a simple design. Its compelling features are its light weight and low construction height. The central plastic screw makes it possible to remove the body from the prosthetic socket.
The Lock System WJT 8 is available with a 38 mm or 50 mm pin.
